ISL6326IRZ Overview


It comes in a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 4 outputs. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. With this function, you can deal with PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4.75V~5.25V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. Switching can be done at 80kHz~1MHz with this switching controller. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the QUAD position.
