ISL6327CRZ-T Overview


The switching controller fits in the 48-VFQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. For 6 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. It is capable of handling PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s). dc controls with 4.75V~5.25V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 80kHz~1MHz position. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start is included in the dcdc regulator. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. Various 48 terminations.
