ISL6341BIRZ-T Overview

Capsuled in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4.5V~14.4V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. The switching controller can be switched at 600kHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Power on Reset.
