ISL6341CRZ-T Overview

Capsuled in the 10-WFDFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller suits most application needs. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 4.5V~14.4V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control, Power Good, Power on Reset is included in the dcdc regulator. A search for "ISL6341" will reveal other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
