ISL6398HRTZ Overview


Capsuled in the 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. For outputs of 6, this dc motor controller is suitable. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. With PWM Signal dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. 4.75V~5.25V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -10°C~100°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at 120kHz~2.025MHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. An analog IC with the POWER SUPPLY SUPPORT CIRCUIT signal is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position QUAD . The 40 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. The test statistics indicate that DC regulator outputs a voltage of 3.04V. The dc dc regulator's usual output current is 270A, which should be noted down when you start a project. 2.025MHz is the frequency of the switching controller. It is possible to set the input voltage as 5.25V for nominal working statuses. Voltage 5V is required for supply. In order to ensure high-quality communication, there are 1 channels available.
