ISL6401CRZ Overview


The switching controller fits in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package and is ideal for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.5V~5.5V. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. With this switching controller, you can switch at 50kHz~500kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Frequency Control is included in the dcdc regulator. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at QUAD . A variety of terminations with 16 of dc switching. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt.
