As a result of 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Cut Tape (CT) enclosure. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sA 2.97V~3.63V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 100kHz~715kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general.
