ISL6406IR-T Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 2.97V~3.63V. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. With this switching controller, you can switch at 100kHz~715kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control for efficient switching control. A search for "ISL6406" will reveal other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
