ISL6420AIAZ Overview


With its 20-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 5.6V~28V. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 100kHz~1.4MHz position. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at DUAL. 20 terminations with a variety of function. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input of 12V.
