ISL6420AIAZ-TK Overview

As a result of 20-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Cut Tape (CT). The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 5.6V~28V. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 100kHz~1.4MHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. There are many different types of terminations for 20. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 12V. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics will be returned if you search "ISL6420A". Input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator should be 5.6V.
