With a 20-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. It is capable of dealing with Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s). dc switching'sVoltages 5.6V~28V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. It can switch at 100kHz~1.4MHz. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. 20 terminations with a variety of function. A few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
