ISL6420BIRZ-T7A Overview

Capsuled in the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. Voltages 5.6V~28V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 100kHz~1.4MHz . It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. 20 terminations with various dc switching's functions. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 12V. You can find other relevant dc to dc converter ics by searching "ISL6420B". An input voltage of 5.6V is the minimum required for the dc dc voltage regulator. This dc to dc regulator accepts only 28V input voltage at most.
