ISL6420BIRZ-TK Overview

This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. For outputs of 1, this dc motor controller is suitable. Packaged in solid enclosures, this pmic has a Tape & Reel (TR) rating. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 5.6V~28V. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. There is a switch at 100kHz~1.4MHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. There are many different types of terminations for 20. A few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 12V.
