ISL6420IAZ-TK Overview

With its 20-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is enough capacity in the dc motor controller to generate the output for the 1 input. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 5.6V~16V. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. This switching controller can switch at 100kHz~1.4MHz. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start for efficient switching control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. switching converters terminal (s) are designed to be at DUAL. 20 terminations with various dc switching's functions. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 12V.
