ISL6420IR Overview


In the 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. Tube is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc controls with 5.6V~16V voltage are supplied and operated. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 100kHz~1.4MHz position. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. There are a QUAD terminal on the switching converters. Various 20 terminations. Some of the control techniques used by these dc dc converter ics are PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. It is inputted with a DC switcher's voltage of 12V. You can find other relevant dc to dc converter ics by searching "ISL6420". Input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator should be 5.6V.
