ISL6420IR-T Overview


It comes in the QFN package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the QUAD position. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 20 terminations. Some of the control techniques used by these dc dc converter ics are PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input is 12V. The switching converter has a total of 20 pins. There is a particular type of Switching Regulator or Controllers in switching converter. It is recommended that the input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator be 4.5V. 0.7A is the largest value switching converter outputs. A temperature of -40°C or higher is recommended. There should be 85°C temperature above 85°C degrees Celsius when dc regulator runs. In total, the switch converters have 1 function (s). When the dc switching is dormant, it uses 2mA.
