ISL6420IRZ Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 20-VFQFN Exposed Pad package. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tube solid enclosures. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 5.6V~16V. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. A switching controller such as this can switch at a value of 100kHz~1.4MHz . The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . A variety of terminations with 20 of dc switching.
