ISL6439AIR-T Overview


It comes in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure protects the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc controls with 2.97V~3.63V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher before. It can switch at 600kHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control is included in the dcdc regulator. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at QUAD . 16 terminations with a variety of function. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 3.3V. The dc to dc regulator can only accept a maximum input voltage of 3.465V.
