ISL6439CB Overview


It comes in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 2.97V~3.63V volts and has 2.97V~3.63V supply voltage. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. This switching controller can switch at 300kHz. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount. Enable, Phase Control is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply.
