ISL6520ACB Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 1 numbers. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tube solid enclosures. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 4.5V~5.5V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Phase Control is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. A variety of 8 terminations are available in dc switching. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 5V.
