ISL6520ACB Overview


The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). Voltages 4.5V~5.5V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Phase Control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. A variety of 8 terminations are available in dc switching. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 5V. ISL6520A can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics. It is recommended that the dc dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage be 4.5V. The dc to dc regulator can only accept a maximum input voltage of 5.5V.
