ISL6520AIB Overview


With its 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. Packaging for the pmic consists of Tube solid enclosures. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 4.5V~5.5V and has a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a -40°C~85°C TA. With this switching controller, you can switch at 300kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Phase Control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. An array of 8 terminations of dc switching. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input of 5V. It is recommended that the dc dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage be 4.5V. This dc to dc regulator accepts only 5.5V input voltage at most.
