ISL6520AIBZ Overview


The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. A 4.5V~5.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Suitable for work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 300kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Phase Control which allows efficient switching control. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 8 terminations.
