ISL6520AIBZ-T Overview


In the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 1 outputs. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. This dc control operates at 4.5V~5.5V and has a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage. A -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. The switching controller can be switched at 300kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Phase Control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. The 8 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. To name a few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt, it includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
