ISL6520BCR Overview


It comes in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 4.5V~5.5V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~70°C TA rating. With this switching controller, you can switch at 300kHz. dc dc regulator can be generalized using Surface Mount. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control is included in the dcdc regulator. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. QUAD are the position of the terminal of the switching converters.
