ISL6520CB Overview


It comes in a 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 4.5V~5.5V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in an dc switcher with 0°C~70°C TA. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Phase Control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . There are many different types of terminations for 8. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. A DC switcher's nominal voltage of 5V is input. ISL6520 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics. It is recommended to use 4.5V as the minimum input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator. The dc to dc regulator is limited to 5.5V input voltage.
