ISL6520CB-T Overview


The switching controller fits in the 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 4.5V~5.5V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. A 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher is not a problem. Switching can be done at 300kHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. The dcdc regulator features Phase Control for efficient switching control. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. A variety of 8 terminations are available in dc switching. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 5V. ISL6520 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics. It is recommended to use 4.5V as the minimum input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator. At most, the dc to dc regulator accepts 5.5V input voltage.
