ISL6520IR Overview


It comes in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 4.5V~5.5V and has a 4.5V~5.5V supply voltage. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 300kHz position. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. Phase Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. QUAD are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. The 16 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. A few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input is 5V. Other relevant dc to dc converter ics can be found by searching "ISL6520". It is recommended to use 4.5V as the minimum input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator.
