ISL6520IR-T Overview


As a result of VQFN compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tape & Reel (TR) enclosure. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. QUAD are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 16 terminations. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 5V. Switching converter type is specifically Switching Regulator or Controllers. Input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator should be 4.5V. Considering the dc to dc regulator can only accept 5.5V input voltage, it is important to take note of this. You should keep dc regulator at -40°C degrees or higher. DC regulator should run at a temperature of 85°C more than 85°C degrees Celsius. 1 functions are available in total for the switch converters. We are designing chips that have 16 pins. The controller can set a maximum frequency of 340kHz.
