ISL6522BIRZ-TK Overview


As a result of 16-VQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. Voltages 10.8V~13.2V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Qualified to work in a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 200kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Soft Start. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD .
