ISL6522CB-T Overview


Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 10.8V~13.2V. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. With this switching controller, you can switch at 200kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. There are a DUAL terminal on the switching converters. 14 terminations with various dc switching's functions. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. The nominal DC switcher's voltage input is 12V.
