ISL6522CBZ-T Overview


Capsuled in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller suits most application needs. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. dc control's supply and operating voltages are 10.8V~13.2V. Suitable for work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 200kHz. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the DUAL position. Different dc switching's functions can be applied to 14 terminations. A few of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
