With a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. dc motor controller is suitable for 1 output generation. Tape & Reel (TR) is the solid enclosure in which PMIC is packaged. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). A 10.8V~13.2V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Work well in dc switchers with a 0°C~70°C TA. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz position. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Soft Start.
