ISL6522CV-T Overview


With its 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. With this function, you can deal with Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 10.8V~13.2V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz position. A generalization of dc dc regulator can be made using Surface Mount.
