ISL6522CVZ Overview


It comes in the 14-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package, which makes switching controller suitable for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). DC control operates at 10.8V~13.2V volts and has 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 200kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC connects the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. A variety of 14 terminations are available in dc switching. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. There is a DC switcher's nominal voltage of 12V. ISL6522 can be used to locate other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
