ISL6522IRZ-TS2698 Overview


It comes in a 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc controls with 10.8V~13.2V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz position. As it has a Surface Mount value, it can be used for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Phase Control, Soft Start.
