ISL6525CB Overview


The switching controller fits in the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package and is ideal for most applications. It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs with this dc motor controller. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. The program can handle Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). This dc control operates at 10.8V~13.2V and has a 10.8V~13.2V supply voltage. Worked in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher before. The switching controller is capable of switching at the 200kHz position. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount.
