ISL6525CB Overview


With its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. For 1 outputs, the dc motor controller is appropriate. PMIC packaging is solid with a Tube enclosure. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). 10.8V~13.2V is the supply voltage and the operating voltage of the dc control. Qualified to work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 200kHz that can be used with this controller. The Surface Mount value makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Frequency Control, Phase Control, Power Good, Soft Start. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminals (s) are designed at DUAL. Various 14 terminations.
