ISL6526ACB Overview


In the 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. The system can process Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s). dc control's supply and operating voltages are 2.97V~3.63V. Suitable for a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 300kHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. Enable, Phase Control provides dcdc regulator efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC. Thare switching converters has a terminal (s) at DUAL . An array of 14 terminations of dc switching. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 3.3V. 2.97V should be the minimum input voltage for the dc dc voltage regulator. A maximum voltage of 3.63V is accepted by the dc to dc regulator as an input voltage. 2A is the largest value switching converter outputs.
