ISL6526ACB Overview


With a 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. There is sufficient capacity to generate switching controller for outputs 1. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tube. Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 2.97V~3.63V. Suitable for working in an dc switcher that has a 0°C~70°C TA. With this switching controller, you can switch at 300kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. DCDC regulator is controlled efficiently by Enable, Phase Control. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL. 14 terminations with a variety of function.
