ISL6527ACB-T Overview


With its 14-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller fits the needs of most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. A 2.97V~3.63V voltage is supplied to the dc control and used for operating it. Qualified to work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. It can switch at 300kHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To provide efficient switching control, Enable, Phase Control is included in the dcdc regulator. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. There are a terminal (s) on the switching converters that are designed at DUAL. A variety of terminations with 14 of dc switching. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 3.3V. 2.97V should be the minimum input voltage for the dc dc voltage regulator. It should be fully noted that the dc to dc regulator only accepts 3.63V input voltage at most.
