ISL6527CRZ-T Overview


In the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. An enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package the PMIC. There are Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. 2.97V~3.63V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for work in a 0°C~70°C TA dc switcher. The switching controller can be switched at 300kHz. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Phase Control. An analog IC with the SWITCHING CONTROLLER signal is connected to the switch converters. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . 16 terminations with a variety of function. The control methods that these dc dc converter ics use include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input of 3.3V. You can find other relevant dc to dc converter ics by searching "ISL6527". The minimum input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator should be 2.97V. The dc to dc regulator can only accept a maximum input voltage of 3.63V.
