ISL6535IRZ-T Overview


Capsuled in the 16-VQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. A solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR) surrounds pmic. A total of Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. dc controls with 10.8V~13.2V voltage are supplied and operated. Worked in an dc switcher with a -40°C~85°C TA rating. This switching controller can switch at 200kHz. Surface Mount makes it suitable for general dc dc regulator. Featured in the dcdc regulator is Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start which allows efficient switching control. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at QUAD . Various 16 terminations. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. A DC switcher's nominal voltage of 12V is input. ISL6535 can be searched for other relevant dc to dc converter ics.
