ISL6535IRZ-TK Overview


As a result of 16-VQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs are supported by the dc motor controller. There is a Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure around the pmic. With Transistor Driver dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. dc controls with 10.8V~13.2V voltage are supplied and operated. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 200kHz that can be used with this controller. It is suitable for general dc dc regulator when it is set to Surface Mount. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Soft Start. The switch converters are connected to an analog IC with a SWITCHING CONTROLLER output. QUAD are the position of the terminal of the switching converters. The 16 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. Some of the control techniques used by these dc dc converter ics are PULSE WIDTH MODULATION.
