ISL6540AIRZA-T Overview

As a result of 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad compact design, the switching controller is compatible with most applications. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 2.97V~22V. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 250kHz~2MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. For efficient switching control, the dcdc regulator features Current Limit, Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good, Soft Start. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters.
