ISL6560CBZ-T Overview


In the 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package, the switching controller meets most application requirements. It is sufficient to generate 2 outputs with this dc motor controller. The pmic is packaged in Tape & Reel (TR) solid enclosure. There are PWM Signal dc switching's output (s) that it can handle. Voltages 10.8V~13.2V are the dc control's supply voltage and operating voltage, respectively. Workable in an dc switcher where 0°C~70°C TA is the 0°C~70°C TArm. With this switching controller, you can switch at Up to 2MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. To provide efficient switching control, Frequency Control, Power Good is included in the dcdc regulator. Thare switch converters are connected to an analog integrated circuit (IC) of type SWITCHING CONTROLLER. A switching converters's terminal (s) sits at the DUAL position. An array of 16 terminations of dc switching. Some of the control techniques used by these dc dc converter ics are PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's voltage input is 12V.
