ISL6564IRZ Overview


With a 40-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, the switching controller is suitable for a wide range of applications. This dc motor controller can be used to generate outputs with 4 numbers. A solid enclosure of Tube surrounds pmic. PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 4.75V~5.25V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Work well in dc switchers with a -40°C~85°C TA. In this switching controller, the switch can be set to 80kHz~1.5MHz. The Surface Mount makes it ideal for general dc dc regulator. To ensure efficient switching, this dcdc regulator features a Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good. An analog IC SWITCHING CONTROLLER is connected to the switch converters. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position. The 40 terminations can be used for a wide range of dc switching. Some of the control techniques adapted by these dc dc converter ics include PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis 5V volts. The dc to dc regulator can only accept 5.25V input voltage.
