ISL6565ACB Overview


This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 3 outputs. There is a Tube solid enclosure around the pmic. PWM Signal dc switching's outputs (s) can be handled by it. The supply and operating voltage of the dc control are 4.75V~5.25V. Suitable for a 0°C~105°C TA dc switcher. Using this switching controller, it is possible to switch at 80kHz~1.5MHz. dc dc regulators can be carried out with Surface Mount. Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. A SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC is connected to the switch converters. Switching converters are designed with the terminal (s) at position DUAL . An array of 28 terminations of dc switching. PULSE WIDTH MODULATION is an example of one of the control techniques these dc dc converter ics adapt. The DC switcher's nominal voltage is 5V. It is recommended that the input voltage of the dc dc voltage regulator be 4.75V. This dc to dc regulator accepts only 5.25V input voltage at most.
