ISL6565ACBZ Overview


Capsuled in the 28-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package, the switching controller can be used for a wide range of applications. The dc motor controller is adquate to generate for 3 outputs. The pmic is packaged in Tube solid enclosure. A total of PWM Signal dc switching's outputs can be handled by it. This dc control has a supply voltage and operating voltage of 4.75V~5.25V. Worked in an dc switcher with a 0°C~105°C TA rating. The switching controller can be switched at 80kHz~1.5MHz. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. Switching control is made easier with the dcdc regulator's Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good. Connected to a SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog IC, the switch converters are connected to a power supply. The switching converters's terminal (s) are designed at DUAL . 28 terminations with various dc switching's functions. It includes PULSE WIDTH MODULATION as one of the control techniques dc dc converter ic adapts. A DC switcher's nominal voltage of 5V is input. Search for "ISL6565A" to find other relevant dc to dc converter ics. dc dc voltage regulators should have a minimum input voltage of 4.75V. This dc to dc regulator accepts only 5.25V input voltage at most.
