ISL6565ACRZ Overview


It comes in a 28-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, so switching controller can be used for most applications. For outputs of 3, this dc motor controller is suitable. An enclosure of Tube is used to package the PMIC. With PWM Signal dc switching's output (s), it is able to handle it. DC control operates at 4.75V~5.25V volts and has 4.75V~5.25V supply voltage. Suitable for work in a 0°C~105°C TA dc switcher. Switching can be done at 80kHz~1.5MHz with this switching controller. The Surface Mount allows it to be used for dc dc regulator in general. In order to control switching efficiently, the dcdc regulator features Enable, Frequency Control, Power Good. Switch converters are connected to ICs with SWITCHING CONTROLLER analog outputs. Terminal (s) of the switching converters are designed at the QUAD position. There are many different types of terminations for 28. These dc dc converter ics adapt several control methods, including PULSE WIDTH MODULATION. DC switcher's input voltageis set to 5V. Input voltage of dc dc voltage regulator must be 4.75V.
